Lilly’s Organizing was built out of my love and appreciation for minimalist living and organized spaces. With my past experience in the medical field helping clients through life transitions, I took those skills and brought them to the most important space--home.

Through Lilly’s Organizing, I still help clients regain control of their mental and physical functioning by making sure their homes support their lifestyle and offer stress-free, clutter-free living.


I believe that when you make an investment in your home, you are making an investment in living a better, more fulfilled life.


The Evolution of Lilly’s Organizing

Lilly’s Organizing began before I even had a thought of becoming a professional organizer. Growing up, I watched my mother constantly organize and purge all the spaces in our home. I learned from an early age that organization helps keep your favorite spaces + places calm and collected. I took these skills and implemented them throughout our military moves.

As we moved and I organized, I started becoming the go-to for friends and family looking for organizing help in their homes. I was sought out to help with the many transitions my favorite people faced--and I was only too willing to help! I decided to transform my passion for organizing into this business.

Lilly’s Organizing officially began when we were living in Guam and moved with us to San Diego. Now, with my husband retiring from the military, we’ve decided to take our thriving business and hit the road. With our passion for discovering new places and faces, we decided Lilly’s Organizing would be the perfect way to take all of the things we loved and go visit the country my husband has so proudly served for years. We decided it was time to bring our services to people nationwide where people may not have a dependable organizer.

Meet Xiomara

ORGANIZER, TRAVELER + MILITARY WIFE

Hi there - I’m Xiomara!

It’s so good to meet you and share my passion for organizing with you. Since I can remember, I’ve had an affinity for organizing spaces. In fact, my decades as a military wife and mother led my family to experience 14 moves in 20 years, so I’ve learned that a commitment to organization led to smooth transitions and a happy, healthy family.

Meet Franklin

RETIRED MILITARY, DEVOTED HUSBAND + HANDYMAN EXTRAORDINAIRE

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York, Franklin’s love of travel started from the very beginning of his life. For 22 years, Franklin served in the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate on submarines. Franklin has raised 3 children with his wife who all currently serve in the military as well. A mechanic at heart, Franklin is a do-it-all handyman with a soft spot for woodworking, making him the perfect complement to Xiomara’s organizational abilities.


We live in a 27FT Airstream travel trailer and spend our days traveling the beautiful country he spent 22 years serving. But it’s not all about sightseeing! We would love to visit you and help you get organized while we’re at it!
